Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can easily track your package. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen and your destination, your order should arrive within 3-6 days for North American orders, and 10-15 days for International orders.

Change an order: After placing an order, changes can only be made until the order has been picked by our fulfillment team and a tracking number has been generated. Please note that a shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed, which is different from the order confirmation email. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, it is no longer possible to make changes to the order.

Cancel an order: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you may return them in their original, resalable condition to be eligible for a full refund.
