What is the refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a refund?

To initiate a return and refund, first ensure that your order meets the necessary criteria: the items must be 1) unopened & unused & in good condition 2) delivered within the past 30 days.

Next, select a shipping carrier and cover the cost of return shipping, as we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Note that you may be eligible for a 50% refund on orders marked as "refused" or "returned to sender," and we do not accept in-person returns.

Once your return is received and verified, we will process your refund, which may take 5-10 business days to appear in your original payment method.

How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?

A refund request can be submitted within 30 Days after the purchase is made.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order has free shipping?

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

How Do I Get Free Shipping?

If your order totals to $75 or more and is being shipped within the Canada or United States, you will be eligible for free standard shipping. Additionally, during checkout, you have the option to select expedited shipping alternatives if you prefer.
