We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tin casing, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to justify it. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Once your return is received and inspected, we'll inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing times may vary for your bank or credit card company. Wrong Shade?

Be aware that we cannot accept returns of used items. In case you selected an incorrect shade, we will send you the correct one and arrange for the return of your current order.
